I am Alicia Kotze, and my journey with Linette Teepe Properties has spanned over ten rewarding years. As both the Office Manager as well as Property Practitioner for the Durbanville, Welgelegen and Plattekloof areas, I bring a diligent and thorough "go-getter" energy to everything I do.
My professional life is driven by a deep-seated passion for serving others. I understand that moving is often a daunting and emotional transition, and I pride myself on treating every client with the utmost respect and empathy throughout the process. For me, the goal is never just about matching an individual with a property; it is about helping people find a loving space they are proud to call home.
Outside of the office, I balance my career with the beautiful, fast-paced challenge of being a full-time wife and mom to two toddlers and two fur babies.
